• Payment information (processed securely by third-party processors).

• Information shared during coaching sessions or consultations.

• Provide and manage your coaching services and programs.

• Process payments and issue invoices.

• Communicate with you about your account, services, and promotional offers.

• Maintain client records and communicate about retreats or workshops.

3. Data Security We implement reasonable security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, and use. All coaching conversations are treated as strictly confidential.

4. Confidentiality All personal and sensitive information shared during coaching sessions is held in strict confidence and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law (e.g., threat of serious harm to self or others) or with your explicit written consent.

Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms By utilizing the services of Mujer Audaz LLC, including Executive, Business, Relationship, and Mindset Coaching, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Coaching Disclaimer Mari Arriola is a Certified Life Coach, not a licensed therapist, counselor, or financial advisor. Coaching is designed to provide guidance and motivation; any decisions you make are solely your responsibility.

3. Payment and Fees All coaching fees, including payment schedules for programs and retreats, will be clearly outlined in your personalized service agreement. Payments must be made on time to ensure continuity of service.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Client Cancellations: Clients must provide at least  24  hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

• Program Refunds: All program fees are non-refundable after the first 7 days of the program start date.

5. Intellectual Property All materials, workbooks, and resources provided by Mujer Audaz LLC are copyrighted and for your personal use only. They may not be copied, distributed, or sold without written permission.
